The Reserve General Officer Transition Assistance Program prepares Reserve Department of the Air Force senior officers for retirement. Topics addressed during the program include managing the transition to retirement, the Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) and Reserve SBP, financial/income tax/estate planning, post-retirement benefits and entitlements, TRICARE medical coverage, VA benefits, Social Security, and Medicare.

General Officers (O-7, O-8, and O-9), AFR, who qualify for retirement. Spouses of General Officer attendees (space-available)
