The Strategic Mindset Seminar helps enhance attendees’ ability to understand, model and resolve complex business issues. Attendees learn to develop the “mental elasticity” needed to anticipate the intended and unintended consequences of today’s decisions and understand how those decisions will lead to organizational successes or failures in the future. This program helps attendees understand the challenges of their organizations from a systems perspective and design solutions that leverage their strengths, anticipate the intended and unintended consequences of today's decisions, use Causal Loop Diagrams (the principal tool of Systems Thinking) to properly diagnose and solve the most critical and complex issues within their organizations, and view their organizations as interrelated and interdependent systems rather than a collection of separate entities.
